Could be about the book or perhaps a character's thoughts at a point in the book.

definitely doesn`t do the book justice, it`s just too good for my words.

crimson red objects
in the palm of my hand
it`s enough to perplex
no-one understands

death wears a suit
a salesman of fate
in constant pursuit
according to date

a notebook of expiry
all things go bad
disregard the inquiry
it`s not so sad

death has a daughter
cute as can be
not born from slaughter
but from her mommy

Charlie asher, merchant of death
son of a salesmen, father to eyes of glitter
and with his final breathe
became a tiny critter.

Blood and Guts in Highschool

a book by Kathy Acker

Janey never did rewrites even
when she wrote badly due to her
PELVIC INFLAMMATORY DISEASE

In or out of highschool
all you really know
(I need lots of love)
all you ever really wanted
all too much to know

Now everything is just too much and your mind says
no, this is the worst hell in the world, I am not experiencing this
it's not possible for anything to hurt this much no no no no no no
no no no

and a small bear flies to the city
'You must read Nausea in the original',
says the persian slave trader
'In English it is nothing'.

Later in Tunisia she met Genet.
