The Poetry of Gichin Funakoshi

I highly recommend the poetry of Gichin Funakoshi. He is also known as "Shoto," which I believe is Japanese for whispering pines (or so I'm told, I have only basic Japanese under my belt).

You may recognize the name if you study martial arts. Gichin Funakoshi is the founder of modern Shotokan Karate, and his pen name was given to the art.

Boy this is an old post I hope you still exist on these forums.

I've been trying to find the poetry of Gichin Funakoshi and this post is the only hint I have that it still exists anywhere. Can you help me out; give me a link, book name, library or cryptic clue in haiku form anything to put my on the right track. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
