Poem lyrics of Nothing Gold Can Stay by Robert Frost.
Nature's first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf's a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.
can anyone rewrite this poem in a modern language.... I am not very artistic bud I do need help on this! Has to be a sonnet - 8 lines, 10 syllables/line, and 2 iambic rhythms somewhere within....
tnx!
