>>Does anyone think that Howard Roarks from Ayn Rand's The Fountainhead could really exist? I mean the guy has absolutely perfect morals that he sticks to. How could society allow someone like him to exist. Thats just disgusting. Could society allow Howard Roark or John Galt whichever you prefer to exist?

>>I mean won't people feel envy towards anyone with better morals than themselves? Taking advantage of or ignoring these people will lead them to stop following their own subconscious ideals. Those few (if any) perfect people who slip through the gaps are then murdered on the streets or when trying to stop a fight or save some little kid about to get run over a car. Does nature really favor those with rational self interest over altruists?!

And not completely unrelated is this world coming into a new age of cynicism? Show examples..im slow so no words with more than five syllables.
