Look at Bernard Marx, Helmholtz Watson, John the "Savage", and Lenina Crowne. All of them were disillusioned somehow or another. Bernard, Helmholtz, and John were all disillusioned by their own actions and others. They realized that the society wasn't such a utopia at all, and found out a few things about human nature and themselves. Lenina got a little more insight in human behavior, but she did not change her ways. There is alot of disillusionment in the book, you just have to look at the specific characters, and not so much the society as a whole.
