This is a good way to pass the time if you are waiting in a long line with some friends. First person names a band. The next names a band starting with the last letter of the first band but, you can't use a band that has been used before. Traditionally, everybody goes in a set order, and if you can't think of a band you are out. Last man standing wins. As this is a message board, we'll see how it works.

More rules:

"The Beatles" starts with B, not T.

"Eric Clapton" starts with either E or C (but can only be used once), and ends with N.

"The Smiths" ends with S, not H.

"Eric Clapton", "The Yardbirds" and "Derick and the Dominoes" can all be used in a single game.

"Sum 41" ends with E (Sum fourty-one).

I downloaded Naomi and King of Carrots song and I loved them both so I went to iTunes to download an entire album (when I'm trying out a new band, I usually download a couple songs illegally from limewire :blush: , then if I like it, I go the legal route through iTunes and delete the limewire ones and if I don't like it, then I still delete the limewire ones)...anyway, of course those two songs are on different albums and I'll probably get them both at some point but for right now, I'm only going to get one...which one do I get? On Avery Island or In The Aeroplane Over the Sea? I'm kind of leaning towards the Aeroplane one.

In the Aeroplane Over the Sea is their second album, and is generally considered the better one. It is certainly the more 'listenable' work. The low-fi experimentation on Avery gets pretty extreme, and there are a couple of very difficult 7+ minute ambient tracks.
