subscribed threads?

I just noticed a list of threads in my user profile that it says Ive subscribed to. Whats this??

it means you can easily keep tap on all the post made in those threads, find it quickly if it drops of the page, etc. It can also keep you updated by way of email if new posts are made etc. It's a very useful feature I never use because I never think of doing so when I'm around. :D
