Hello,
Iīd like to know which are the best editions of Hamlet. Those who have good notes, specially on the language aspects. I also would be very plesead if someone could tell me a good website where I can read about Elizabethan English. I know already a little about it, but I guess not enough for Shakespeare. By the way, English isnīt my mother language, I am brazilian, so, naturally, I speak Portuguese. I accept good tips about translations to portuguese language as well.

Thank you for the attetion,
Good bye.:

Iīve seen one at Amazon.com by Folger Shakespeare Library, by Paperback editor, does anyone know if it is really good? It has some interesting coments and explanation pictures.

Hi! You're welcome to try my online edition. It has notes which may be reached by clicking on the asterisks at the heads of the lines (a concordance).

It also has a number of indexes, some in the making, associated with it.

My position with the major issues is that Hamlet is ill, and all the major playersx, save Ophelia and Laertes, and of course, Horatio and Marcellus, are rotten.

Good luck,

Jagtig
