I have not read this short story by Kafka, called Josephine The Singer (or The Mouse Folk), but I found some information here (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Josephine_the_Singer) that may help!

I have not read this story yet, but I would not be surprised if Josephine is a mouse, too, because Kafka has his own ways of doing things.

He is always surprising and fresh!

I like his stories. :)
