Earlier this week, I was writing a paper on the relatioship between Antonio and Bassanio (original, yes?) and the possiblity of autobiographical themes. One of my main points in the paper is the intriguing similarity between the "lovely boy" sonnet sequence and the bond between the aforementioned characters (has anyone else noticed this, of do you think I am completely off?). But, I need one or two sonnets that will really show the connection between the two. Any ideas....? :brow:
