We have an oral essay to do on friday (9th December) and could really do with some other ideas. The question is 'What elements in the final scene show that Romeo and Juliet is a tragedy?'. We need to comment on language, the definition of a tragedy and the play in performance. We are nearly finished but stuck with our conclusion. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to e-mail us on either [email protected] or [email protected]. Thanks alot. PS it would be interesting to know whether people opinion is that it is a love story or a tragedy.
