:wave: who else just loves this character? i thnk she is fantaqstic and probably one of wildes best characters! she is so dry witted that no matter how she says things they sound funny! clearly to me she is the best character in the whole play! who else agree's :nod:

Lady is one of the changable characters of the paly.She has her social interchangable mask.She is also meterialistic.But on the other hand she is a lovely character, we identify it in the end.

I didn't fancy Lady Bracknell at first, but yeah, it is true that every word she says is funny! Esp. the way she adressess poor Cecily! I must admit, Lady Bracknell's character grows on you...

I love Lady Bracknell! I played her in when our school did The Importance of Being Earnest last year.

Honestly Lady Bracknell is in fact a complex character, however she's really rude and heartless most of the times! But is the most funny "villian" that I ever seen! :) I love the way Wilde "build" her!
