I notice there are few posters with status as "Guest", for example katalenik iulia . She posted a message in Hardy section, but her post count shows: n/a. I thought only registered user can create a thread or post a message. Then, after someone has registered, his/her status will show "registered user".

I think that is allowed in the section dedicated to authors and I think it is possible to post acceding to the forum from the online text... so maybe that's why, though I have never checked if this theory of mine is true.

If you recall back in May when I made the Author/Book section I imported comments from the main site. These comments were not made by registered users so all the posts I imported by default had the status of being made by an unregistered user.

So, there is no way to actually post without registering, only those old imported posts will show that status.
