Conflict in between classes

Brave New World: i dont understand why huxley would create conflict in between the social classes of the people. i know that this book was how he saw our future becoming but i dont understand why we would end up programing people to hate those who are different, in my persoal opinion i feel that we will end up being programmed to think that everyone is equal.
