I study English as a foreign language and so thought joinong this forum will help me improve it, especially that I love literature so much.



Can you provide me with titles of modern novels ?

Salam, Ophelia. ;) Welcome to the Literature Network, and what a lovely name you chose (reminding me of one of my favorite poems by Arthur Rimbaud).
As for posting some modern novels, it really depends on your preference in literature. You can never go wrong with novels like The Catcher In The Rye by J.D. Salinger, anything by John Updike (like Rabbit Redux or Gertrude and Claudius), One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest by Ken Kesey, or anything by Toni Morrison (like Song of Solomon, The Bluest Eye, or Sula).
