I need to write Cornel notes for the whole book plus two more. I can't understand the introduction. I was reading it last night and I couldn't remember what I had read two sentences before. Suggestions would seriously be a big help.

Greetings, Ashley, welcome to the Literature Network. Since reviewing the whole Nathaniel Hawthorne novel would take some time (and enough typing to give one carpal tunnel), I would suggest using a few free note resources on the Internet, such as Spark Notes, Cliff's Notes, and/or Monkey Notes.
Spark Notes for The Scarlet Letter: http://www.sparknotes.com/lit/scarlet/
Cliff's Notes: http://www.cliffsnotes.com/WileyCDA/LitNote/id-167.html
Monkey Notes: http://pinkmonkey.com/booknotes/monkeynotes/pmScarletLetter01.asp
Good luck!
