R Kipling was a truly amazing author. I can remember reading my favorite story " Ricki Ticki Tavi" It is truly hard to believe that anyone over 40 would not be familiar with the above short story. The other day I was in a report with a hand full of RN's and NONE of them new of this story. " Truly unbelieveable" . Then a Nurses Tech popped up and said I heard of that story and read it in school. By the way this girl was 25 years old. (As it should be)
Kipling was a well deserved prize winner!!

Rudyard Kipling I can call one of my favorite authors, both for childhood stories and his intriguing poetry (and I say this as a hopeful future RN :D).
