sons and lovers is about a selfish and dominating mother who wants to control overs her husband and childrens.when she fails his relatioship with her husband,she turns to her sons.first,the older ,william,and the second son ,paul.she makes herserlf on the latter his central world.a world that his son is bond .he cannot love.he cannot take care of himself since his mother is alive.this pushes him to poison her mother so as to be free.however,even after his mother death ,paul feels bond to his mother.he wants to end up with life because she is weak .but ,he makes up his mind and decides to go on .
