In this book, I notice the issue of freedom at hand. Most people in this book truly believe that they are free to do what they want. I then asked myself the question if we were truly free also. Inside the novel, the people undergo hypnopedia at a very young age. What difference is that in our world? Being exposed to any kind of advertisements is very similar. Seeing is what most young children believe. The people in the book also seem to have lots of freedom. They go and play obstacle golf, fly across the world to various places and also go to bars listening to music and drinking tings that have similar effects like alcohol. We do these same similar things in our society. So how is our freedom, different from theres? Are we really truly free in the world we live in today?
