I am from Germany and I have to hold a paper on it (English class) in two or three weeks and I still don't know how I can explain the book - don't get me wrong, but explaining all those social issues, those 'nightmarish' visions of mankind's future to a bunch of sixteen years old girls who aren't interested in anything else than boys, clothing, dico and such isn't easy...it's so hard. I think they won't even understand everything I say because most of them don't speak English like they should in class ten (grammar school). The book itself is not very easy to understand, and there are many things the ordinary reader just doesn't get - nevertheless I love the book and I hope that Huxley's visions don't come true one day.
