I read this book when I was in the 11th grade, and regarded it as any other book.. another burden that the teacher assigns.
Now after reading it again 4 years later, I realize how well thought out it is. This book is bursting with comedy and really gives an accurate insight on 17th century Spanish society. How do I know? Well, I am a grablegot, a chosen being sent to the future to examine how society has evolved. I found this book to be interesting because it portrays a very accuarte depection of 17th century Spanish civilization. I myself a Spaniard who in real time lives in 17th century Spanish society.. can honestly say that this novel is a master piece from sole to crown. Anyway.. wish me luck!! I'm about to embark on a journey to find Asia, and to make the Queen proud.
Adios
:):):):):):)
