I enjoyed reading Don Quixote, I thought the story was very entertaining and provided some humorous stories to keep the reader involved with the story. My favorite part was when Don Quixote was about to battle the lion. The fact that he would risk his life to try to win a battle with a lion, an animal that could tear his head off in one bite, but he still went ahead with it, how can one not laugh at that? I'm surprised that I never had to read this in high school because of all the different climaxes that it contains along with different themes that could all be covered by one novel. I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a good laugh. Cervantes' imagination runs wild and free for this tale and many say that it is a hard read, however, it you just sit down and concentrate, it ends up flying by and before you know it, you're at the end of the book!
