Apparently Don Quixote was written for satrirical reasons as well as those of basic sustenance, but were there other intentions undreneath Cervantez's need to feed himself and entertain in order to do so? For example, on the subject of soldiers and scholars - which I believe arises in chapter 22, as to whether scholarly or militaristic pursutis are of more value. this subject came up in a discussion o the book and I admit that I did not really feel that this subject wasnt as important as the person who brought it up in our book group claimed it to be. Your comments please...
