i've been savouring each element of this great fabric of art quite a while in the respect of its rhetoric as well as imaginitive story lines. its content is defnitely "quixotic" which rather plants in readers' heart the innocent, romantic version of life filled with dreams and hope amid the chaotic world, in lieu of anachronistic ideas. in the highly civilized world of our time---high speed adsl, instant processed food, fast-food love and etc---cervantes shows us that there is still hope in humanity to live for through his heroes don quixote and his waggish servant sancho panza...
apart from all these great spice of the spices of the story, we can't help but appreciate cervantes' sharp witticism and humour, which makes us giggle, albeit its high flown language.

i've been reading the penguin version of dq, translated by john rutherford and roberto gonzalez. translation is awesome!!!
