What an amazing story!!! Edith Wharton is absolutely brilliant. I read this book for my summer homework for English AP class and I am just so happy that I did. I would recommend this tragic and extremely ironic tale to everyone who enjoys a true incredible classic. I seriously could ot put this book down; I read it in 2 hours. Its funny how such a short novel can leave such a lasting reaction. Ethan Frome is trully one of the best novels written in English literature. I had my doubts, but after each page I realized that their are no boring classics.
