Siddhartha was our book of the month in book club. I would not have picked it up otherwise. What a loss it would have been for me.<br> Siddhartha has many layers of understanding. It is a book that can be read over and over. New meaning "digested" each time it is read. Siddhartha can be a book that is simply entertaining or a book that is deeply thought provoking. It is a book that compels the reader to want to discuss it with others. Excellent book for a book club.
