Although heart of darkness is VERY confusing at some points, you have to remember that Conrad is writing in his third language, so hey give him some credit, he didn't have to write in english (sometimes i wish he hadnt but thats another story) <br>And you will probs find you have to read the book at least twice to fully grasp it. It just doesnt click the first time.
