The House of Mirth

I think The House of Mirth is very well written, but I did not like it. I found all the characters really infuriating, especially Lily Bart. She was so fickle, and every time it looked like she could solve anything, she went and screwed it up. It made me really angry.

Does anyone else feel this way?
