All you guys are right. I only started to read Les Miserables (~230 pages), but I've already fallen in love with it. Also I saw the last seria of the film with Gerard Depardieu... and what do you think had happened (oh, what a shame on me) - I started crying. I'm going to use only one word to describe that novel - it's absolutely touching!
