Hello everybody. I'm Jóna From Iceland. I read this book, war and peace in Icelandic and thought it was brilliant. It took me a while to get into the story and to get to know the caracters but as soon as I got that, the reading got quite enjoyable. I liked the variety of the families and the upper class. And Napoleon Bonaparte was a big part of the story. It was funny how everybody hailed the emperor no matter what he was doing, even the emperor got tired of that (Alexander and Napoleon). I really liked how the characters all got connected together in the end. I recomend this book to anyone and I am going to read Anna Karenina or some ther book by Leo Tolstoy in the resent future.
