I read Jane Eyre fpr my grade 12 english class. I think it has a great story and message, but the novel is rather long and drawn out. Although I think Jane Eyre had a great plot, I can't help but feel that it would be much better if it were a shorter book. Parts of it are too drawn out and descriptive, and can at times be boring. Also, I can't get over the fact that Jane is like 18 and Mr Rochester is like 40. It is still a great story though, and i really admire Jane's character. However, I don't see myself as having the patience to read it again. Overall I Rate Jane Eyre a 6.5 out of 10
