Jane Eyre is quite possibly the best novel I have ever read, and if you haven't read it, I seriously suggest it. Charlotte bronte was extremely gifted, and every element she added to Jane Eyre made it that much better. Jane is like an inspiration to not give up, and everytime I read the book, it seems to get better and better.
