The Sistine Chapel - The Vatican City PS: Okay, so this isn't my picture either, cuz my brother somehow managed to ruin the pictures of the chapel along with the ones I took of the ceiling.
did they let you take a picture there? I kind of remember we weren't allowed.
We actually did. We took pictures of the ceiling and the interior. But my brother did something with the camera and ruined the pictures.
Oh, I am totally jealous, Nossa, if you have been there. Michelangelo is my favorte artist! I have this on my 'must see someday' list. Sorry your own photo was ruined. This one is so gorgeous. I just saw a TV special on the chapel and it's restoration - amazing!
It was pretty dazzling. I was speechless when I entered the chapel. I kept looking around me, and I had the camera with me and took pictures of everything. Then my brother took the camera, and did something to it, that when I tried viewing my pictures, I couldn't find them I still remind him of it today (Yup, I do hold grudges )
