JULIAN TEMPLE has become the first film maker to shoot on the London Eye. The director, pictured, was completing futuristic scenes in his 18th century film about romantic poets William Wordsworth and Samuel Taylor Coleridge, Pandemonium.
Linus Roache, who plays Coleridge, films a flash forward sequence in one of the pods. "I can imagine Samuel Coleridge time travelling into the 21st century," explains Temple.
