Sep. 20--Joie Canada spends more than 40 hours a week running her downtown bookstore.

For fun, she plays clarinet in the Bloomington Community Band and tenor horn in the Bloomington Brass Band.

But in her spare time, she often can be found browsing the shelves of a competitor of sorts.
