Julius Caesar. Act III

Act III: Scene i

Brutus, Cassius, Casca, Decius Brutus, Metellus, Trebonius, Cinna,
Antony, Lepidus, Popilius, Peblius, and others accompany Caesar through the
streets to the Capitol. A crowd has gathered to watch the procession, among
them Artemidorus and the Soothsayer. As Caesar and his train pass, Caesar sees
the Soothsayer in the crowd and confidently reminds him that "the ides of
March are come." "Ay, Caesar," replies the Soothsayer, "but not gone."
