WE are due to travel to China on April 30 with tour operator Jules Verne.The holiday was booked last October and we are worried about the situation with Sars. Jules Verne (a Kuoni company) refuses to offer alternatives or refunds until the Foreign Office advice changes. Shouldn't the company be more flexible in a situation like this?
