NORWELL - The South Shore Natural Science Center will present "Picturing New England: Illustrations by Harrison Cady," on loan from the Thornton W. Burgess Society on Cape Cod.

The display will be on view from Nov. 2 to Dec. 30 in the center's Vine Hall Gallery.

The collection contains 30 original watercolor and pen and ink drawings Cady created to illustrate many of Burgess's children's books, including "The Adventures of Peter Cottontail."

Burgess and Cady spent more than 50 years collaborating to produce children's stories about animal adventures.
