I usually enjoy the tongue-in-cheek humor and satirical tone of your Odds & Ends column on Saturdays, but one of your recent arrows fell a tad short. You tweaked CNN anchor Bernard Shaw for his identification of Tom Clancy as the source of the phrase "clear and present danger" because you believed the source of that phrase was Oliver Wendell Holmes.
