'Polly," a two-hour musical adaptation of the Eleanor H. Porter book and the 1960 Disney film "Pollyanna," starring Hayley Mills, will air on "The Magical World of Disney" at 7 tonight on Channels 4 and 10.

The new production, which will have original music, features a cast headed by Keshia Knight Pulliam and Phylicia Rashad of "The Cosby Show" and is directed and choreographed by Debbie Allen.

The adaptation features a black cast with the exception of Celeste Holm. The story has been updated from the turn of the century to the 1950s and moved from New England to Alabama. It still ...
