The National Paint & Coatings Association's (NPCA) chairman of the board Charles E. Bunch, chair man and CEO of PPG Industries, Inc., received the Business Citizen medal from the Friends of Adam Smith (FOAS) as one of its 2007 Adam Smith Award winners.
